Q I use triluma for melasma above my lip at night. I use finacea during the day. I want to use a retinol cream to address lines and collagen loss. Since I use triluma only above my lip can I safely use a retinol Cream on the rest of my face? Also, will a retinol cream help with nasolabial lines?
A

It is perfectly fine for you to incorporate the use of a retinol cream, like Green Cream, into your regimen. Many consumers use a hydroquinone product, like Triluma, along with retinols. Retinol is known to stimulate collagen and elastin production, thus it is likely it will assist with nasolabial folds/lines. Keep in mind though results vary with each consumer. Best skin care wishes.
