- Q I have two issues, one I have these "chicken skin" bumps under my eyes, and I guess the eye creams have caused this, BUT, I am also starting to develop wrinkles and dark circles under the eyes too, not to mention I have puffiness issues due to allergies. I have been careful not to use products with Dimethicone because I have heard that contributes to it.
