I don’t typically have bags under my eyes but sometimes if I have a few too many cocktails, my under-eyes are puffy and wrinkly the next day. I’m looking for a product that will depuff my “morning after” undereyes. I’ve used some products that depuff but make my undereyes look sunken and accent lines.
