Currently at night I use a serum with 0.1 percent retinaldehyde and dab a vitamin K creme around my eye region. Occasionally in the morning, I use Melamin with 4% hydroquinone on dark spots on my face. I just purchased a 0.25mm derma roller and vitamin C serum that I plan to use every other day. Can I still use the retinaldehyde serum and vit. K on the nights I do not derma roll? I've read that I should not use a retinol with derma rolling but my needle size is 0.25mm and retinaldehyde is a milder derivative. Background: I currently do not experience increased sensitivity with the retinaldehyde serum.
