- Question: Looking to overhaul some of my skincare routine and slowly over time introduce new products but I want to be sure they will all work together. sunday riley lactic acid serum OR TNS Essential Serum THEN moisurize with SkinCeuticals triple lipid restore moisturizer Does the TNS essential serum work ingredient wise with the SkinCeuticals moisturizer or is that a bad combo? Same question for the Sunday riley. I would plan to use the serums separately and only use one in AM then one in PM. My skin is relatively normal, some small dry patches and one monthly hormonal cystic acne spot on my chin. My skin can be sensitive to too much exfoliation and fragrance and become kinda irritated if I use too harsh of products on it.
