Q Is it necessary to wear sunscreen early in the morning (6-8am), for example, when running outside? I usually burn without sunscreen during peak UV times, but in the morning, never burn without sunscreen.
A

Yes, you should wear sunscreen all day, every day. The sun rays may not be as harmful from 6-8am, but it does not mean that you will not experience problems in the future. Problems such as early wrinkles, skin cancer and other skin problems. Even though, you do not see any burning right now, it does not mean that your skin is not being harmed by the sun rays. Being in the sun too often for too long can lead to skin cancer, even if you don't burn.

Best,
