I am going to start using Eltamd tinted sunscreen in the morning, but am wanting to know what moisturizer I should use under my makeup/sunscreen as well as at night? I am 24 and am starting to get some fine wrinkles in my forehead I am concerned about. I am going to purchase a vitamin c serum to hopefully help with the wrinkles as well. Thank you!!!
