Which eye balm from neocutis is better for a 66 yr old , ie, Micro Eye Riche rejuvenating eye balm or Lumiere Riche restorative eye balm. I have some saggy skin under my eyes but no puffiness. I also have dark shadows at the bridge of my nose. I am presently using micro eye Riche. Please help. Thank you. Customer service could not help me.
