I've been using hair cream bleach on my hands for a little while and have noticed a bit of skin damage and small white spots on my upper fingers. It looks like a loss of pigment. The white spots are pretty much unnoticeable except under certain lighting conditions (fluorescent room lights). What do you think the white spots are?

These types of bleaching creams contain hydrogen peroxide which can irritate and damage the skin if used consistently and over an extended period of time.
