NuFACE. Born in Southern California, NuFACE was started by Carol Cole and her daughters out of their home in Encinitas, CA. As a licensed aesthetician, Carol began her career in 1985 and frequently heard common anti-aging concerns from her clients such as sagging eyelids, loss of contour and that “tired” look. As a result, Carol began to specialize in microcurrent facials. When Carol recognized her clients’ need for more frequent microcurrent treatments, NuFACE was born in 2005 with the help of her daughters as a way for their clients to use at home in between their professional microcurrent facials.
