How do payments work?

Pay monthly:

$24.95/box billed monthly, cancel anytime.

$23.95/box billed monthly, locked in for 3 months. Auto-renews every 3 months, unless canceled 14 business days before renewal.

$22.95/box billed monthly, locked in for 6 months. Auto-renews every 6 months, unless canceled 14 business days before renewal.

$21.95/box billed monthly, locked in for 12 months. Auto-renews every 12 months, unless canceled 14 business days before renewal.

Pay Upfront

$69 billed today for 3 monthly boxes. No auto-renewal.

$132 billed today for 6 monthly boxes. No auto-renewal.

I cancelled my subscription, why am I still being charged for it?

If you’re still seeing a charge after canceling, it’s usually due to timing or your subscription type. Monthly memberships require cancellation at least 14 business days before your next renewal date. If your cancellation was submitted after this window, your subscription will renew for one additional term, and that charge will still apply. Once that final renewal period ends, your subscription will not renew again.

Upfront plans are billed in full at checkout and do not auto-renew.

How can I cancel my BeautyFIX subscription?

For BeautyFIX subscriptions, opt-out of auto renewal will result in completion at the end of the chosen subscription plan. We will charge and ship all boxes up until this point and then the subscription will not renew. You need to opt-out of auto-renewal at least 14 business days before you receive the last box of your current term (e.g. you must cancel by February 14th if you want to cancel your March plan renewal). You can opt-out at any point in your subscription up to the point mentioned above, however your subscription will only end once your term has ended, i.e. if you have a 6-month subscription, and opt-out after your second box, your 3rd-6th box will be charged & fulfilled to complete your 6-month subscription. To cancel a BeautyFIX subscription please go to your account.

What is Auto-Renewal?

Auto-renewal is when you come to the end of your subscription term, it will automatically renew for a further term of the same length. If you do not wish for this to be in place, please ensure the auto-renew function within the My Account section is switched off.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Auto-renew is applicable on pay monthly contracts. If you are in a pay monthly contract and do not wish to have this feature, please ensure the auto-renew function within the My Account section is switched off.

Auto-renew is not applicable on pay upfront contracts. If you are in a pay upfront contract and wish to continue your journey, please go to the account page to renew.

Do I qualify for Free Shipping?

For Pay upfront contracts (3,6, or 12 months) you will hit the Free US Shipping for orders of $50+ and shipping on all boxes is free. For pay monthly contracts, you will not hit the threshold for Free US Shipping for orders $50+, unless you have other items in cart to exceed the shipping threshold, after the first box, all shipping is free.
