These Terms and Conditions ('Terms and Conditions') govern the Dermstore Rewards Loyalty Program ('Dermstore Rewards'), which includes the collection and redemption of Rewards Points ('Points') and any Dermstore Rewards credits, and incorporate the terms and conditions that govern the use of the https://www.dermstore.com/ website. 

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between THG Beauty Limited ('us', 'we' and 'our') via Dermstore and each member of Dermstore Rewards ('Member', 'You', 'Your'). 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled Members via email or by notice on the Dermstore website. Your continued participation in the Program following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. 

1. The Program is open to individual consumers who are residents of the United States and who are 16 years of age or older. Members aged 16 or 17 years old may be required to obtain parental or guardian consent to participate in the Program.

2. To participate in the Program and earn or redeem Points, you must:

   1. Hold a valid Dermstore account ("Account"); and

   2. Opt in to the Dermstore Rewards Program via your Account settings or at the point of registration.

3. Participation in the Program is free of charge, personal, and non-transferable. Only one Account per person is permitted. Corporate, reseller, or bulk-purchase accounts are not eligible to participate.

4. Dermstore reserves the right to decline enrollment to, or terminate the membership of, any individual at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. You may opt out of Dermstore Rewards at any time by logging into Your Account on the Website, navigating to Account Details, and unchecking 'Opt in for Loyalty Rewards'.

1. Standard Earn Rate. Enrolled members earn 5 Points for every $1.00 (USD) spent on qualifying purchases made at Dermstore.com, equivalent to 5% back on every purchase. Points are awarded on the value of the basket minus any promotional discounts and exclude shipping costs. Points are also earned on the price of BeautyFIX subscription box and Auto-Replenishment orders.

2. Qualifying Purchases. Points are awarded on eligible products as set out in these Terms and Conditions, excluding taxes and any non-eligible items listed in Section 2.4.

3. Bonus Points. Members may earn additional Points through the following activities:

   1. Complete your Beauty Profile – 100 Points (one-time)

   2. Submit a product review – 50 Points per approved review

4. Dermstore may, from time to time, offer additional bonus Points opportunities (such as double-Points events or promotional campaigns). Any such offers will be subject to their own specific terms and will be communicated to eligible members via email, on-site, paid channels, affiliates, or other marketing communications.

5. Eligible Purchases. All products available on Dermstore.com are eligible to earn Points. No brand or product exclusions apply to the standard earn rate.

6. Points Availability. Points earned on a qualifying purchase will appear in your Account approximately 7 days after your order has been dispatched. Points will not be awarded until this period has elapsed. Points earned on orders that are subsequently returned or cancelled will be removed from your Account balance.

7. Points Balance. You can check your Dermstore Rewards Points balance at any time via Your Account on the Website.

8. Points Retention. The Points You earn will remain in Your Dermstore Rewards account until they are converted into Credit or until they expire in accordance with Section 4.

9. Promotional Points Limits. Dermstore may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their specific terms and purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered normal consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered abuse of Dermstore Rewards and may result in the suspension or termination of Your membership in accordance with Section 5.3.

10. Points Caps. The maximum Points available to earn per transaction is capped at 40,000. The maximum Points a Member can accumulate over a 12 month period is capped at 400,000.

11. Returns & Cancellations. If you return all or part of a qualifying order, the corresponding Points will be deducted from your Account balance at the time the return is processed. If the deduction results in a negative balance, Dermstore reserves the right to recover the value of any Credits already redeemed against that order.

1. Redemption. Points may be redeemed for account credit ("Credit") via the Rewards page of your Account at https://www.dermstore.com/account/my-account/reward. Credit can be applied at checkout toward the purchase of any eligible product on Dermstore.com.

2. Redemption Values. Points may be redeemed in the following increments only:

   1. 500 Points – $5.00 Credit

   2. 1,000 Points – $10.00 Credit

   3. 1,500 Points – $15.00 Credit

   4. 2,000 Points – $20.00 Credit

   5. 3,000 Points – $30.00 Credit

   6. 5,000 Points – $50.00 Credit

3. Partial redemptions outside of the above increments are not permitted. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Minimum Balance. You must have a sufficient Points balance to meet one of the redemption thresholds set out in Section 3.2 before you are able to redeem.

5. Credit Expiry. Once Points have been redeemed and converted into Credit, that Credit will expire 14 days from the date of redemption. Any unused Credit will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiry and will not be reinstated. Credits will not be reinstated after expiry under any circumstances.

6. Credit Application. Credit cannot be applied to the purchase of Dermstore Gift Cards. Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with certain other promotions where stated at checkout.

7. No Purchase of Points. Points cannot be purchased and have no monetary value. They may only be earned through participation in qualifying Program activities as described in these Terms.

1. Points will expire 12 months from the date of dispatch of the order on which they were earned.

2. It is your responsibility to monitor your Points balance and expiry dates via your Account. Dermstore is not obligated to provide advance notice of Points expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

3. Expired Points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

1. Modifications. Dermstore reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to:

   1. The earn rate of Points;

   2. The redemption values or eligible redemption thresholds;

   3. The types of eligible or excluded purchases;

   4. Bonus Points activities and their associated awards;

   5. Points and Credit expiry periods.

2. Termination of the Program. Dermstore may terminate the Program in its entirety at any time. In the event of termination, Dermstore will provide members with reasonable advance notice (where practicable) and a reasonable period in which to redeem any outstanding Points, subject to these Terms. Dermstore shall not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or termination of the Program.

3. Termination of Membership. Dermstore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the Program immediately, and to void any outstanding Points or Credits in your Account, if:

   1. You close your Dermstore Account;

   2. You are found to have breached these Terms or Dermstore's general Terms & Conditions;

   3. Dermstore suspects fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct in connection with the Program; or

   4. Dermstore discontinues the Program in its entirety.

4. Account Closure. If you choose to close your Dermstore Account, all Points and Credits associated with that Account will be immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered.

1. Non-Transferability. Points and Credits are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or combined with Points from another Account under any circumstances.

2. Fraud & Abuse. Any attempt to earn Points through fraudulent means, including the use of false information, multiple Accounts, automated programs, or any other method not sanctioned by Dermstore, will result in disqualification from the Program and may result in legal action.

3. Disputes. Any disputes regarding Points balances, Credit awards, or redemptions must be raised with Dermstore Customer Service within 30 days of the transaction in question. Dermstore's decision on all disputes is final.

4. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dermstore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered as a result of participation in the Program, reliance on Points or Credits, or any changes to or termination of the Program.

5. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with Dermstore's general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dermstore with respect to the Program
