What does “2x Points on select brands” mean?

How does Dermstore Rewards work?

Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on your favorite formulas. When you’re ready to redeem, log in and apply your points as credit, with no brand exclusions. Every 500 points equals $5, and you can redeem at higher levels too: 1,000 points for $10, 1,500 points for $15, 2,000 points for $20, 3,000 points for $30, or 5,000 points for $50.
