Developed with dermatologists, CeraVe Healing Ointment protects and soothes baby's delicate skin when it is dry, cracked and/or chafed with a silky, lightweight formula that contains hyaluronic acid for added moisture. Protects chafed skin due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness.
Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary and with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

Very similar to the standard Cerave Healing Ointment.
This is very, very similar to the standard Cerave Healing Ointment in the tube or tub. I'm not sure it's that different. It's a good moisture barrier for dry or irritated skin. It works well for adults and not just for babies. It's good for skin on the hands, face, feet and body. It's fairly heavy like the standard Cerave Healing Ointment, which are similar in texture to Aquaphor, but a bit lighter. It works well in skincare layering and slugging as the top moisture layer over lighter skincare under it. Start with liquids, serums, lotion-creams then add something like this over the top to seal it all in.
