Pricey but worth it if you have psoriasis.

It is pricey, but it is worth it for some skin conditions and psoriasis. If you have more normal skin, the Cerave SA cream will be enough, this is stronger in SA and a different foruma. I use it on my fingers where I have some stubborn psoriasis patches. Even if you're using other creams, ointments and moisture, SA helps exfolliate and with skin turnover. I find I need to use this every few nights (every day is a bit much for me personally) and alternate with heavier moisture cremes and ointments. Note, don't put this under a skin bandage, gloves or layer a heavy ointment over it. I found out that while it stings a little from the SA on irritated skin, it stings a lot more if covered with material or a barrier type product on top. I would not do that again, i had to go wash it off when I did that and normally it's not an issue. This is quite strong, so it may be too much for your face vs hands and body.
