It's expensive, bought it during a sale. It nice to have in your hair care routine. Its great for in-between washes when you want to forgo shampoo from drying out your hair. I have coarse, wavy hair and it works well for me. It has a bright citrus scent. Hair definitely looks shinier after the wash. I wish they had different packaging though.

Christophe Robin Cleansing Mask with Lemon gently cleanses and deeply nourishes my hair and scalp. I love that this product is free of parabens, silicones, oxidants, phthalates, mineral oils and ammonia. I love the nice lemony scent.

This Mask is Just OK on Dry Fine Hair

I have very straight, fine hair that's dry in winter and have used about half of the jar by now. It's not anything special, honestly the CR sea salt scrub mask felt more cleansing whereas this one made my hair feel greasy again by the second day. It's supposed to be gentle but did not really improve the dryness/shine of my hair or my occasional dandruff. Does smell lovely though

I have never used a low-poo or co-wash product before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have oily roots and drier ends, so I didn't think a "do-it-all" product would work for my hair type. But I was wrong! My hair is soft and full of volume. My roots aren't oily but my ends also aren't dry! I followed the directions on the jar and left the product on for about 1-2 minutes while I washed my body in the shower. The scent is a little cleaner-like, but it's not terribly strong and doesn't stay in your hair long so that's fine.

I live the fresh lemony scent of this - I do find it to be a hit of an awkward application- because of the consistency of it. Anyone who's used it might understand what I'm talking about. Your hair does feel lovely and soft afterward. It's also cumbersome to get out of the container.

Best My Hair Has Felt in a Long Time

The first time I used the product, it was effective, but not a big difference. I then watched a You Tube video demonstrating the best way to use it. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMiVpV1INQ8) Wow! My hair felt thoroughly cleansed from root to tip on every strand, full, and youthful. The video says to keep adding water. Place your head under the shower spray and do VERY SHORT RINSE. Just a bit. Then add a more product. Work it slowly, thoroughly through the hair. And repeat. A couple of times if needed .Finally, do a full rinse at the end.
