I purchased 2 products from this brand after receiving a sample from Ipsy. I believe the formula changed, the sample cream was unbelievable, my skin was at its best. This product was satisfactory, my skin looked good, but seemed a bit dull. I would buy again if on sale or with a discount but not at full price.

this cream seems rich but has a lighter texture than expected. it is hydrating, and is a bit oily and a touch sticky. it leaves a slight sheen and a bit of a tingly feeling. it has a very faint nondescript scent

I got a free sample jar of this and the first time I used it, I had not really read anything about it and just thought it was a run-of-the-mill moisturizer, so put some on my face, and it burned, and I also didn't like the smell (which many people love). I immediately washed it off and almost tossed the jar. But then about a week later, I decided to read online about the product, and saw rave reviews. I also discovered it contained glycolic acid, hence the burning, and jasmine, hence the strong herbal smell. I also learned it was created by a man who developed terrible skin issues after being paralyzed, due to lack of sensory receptors to help keep skin healthy, and the products he tried did not work, so he and his father, who is an MD and a naturopathic physician, created the product for fixing his problems, and worked tirelessly trying many different ingredients with the only goal being to find something that worked. I have acne and other skin problems, and tried everything from Proactive to various prescriptions, and for years now, never had real results. I thought it would be something I had to just live with, and after hearing his story, I thought needed to give it another chance. Glad I did! After I started using this cream for 3 days, my skin has literally transformed! Not joking-3 days! My acne is partially hormonal, and at this time, my skin should be getting worse, but instead the reverse is happening right now, and all my acne is disappearing. Not only that, but the texture is smoothing out, and my skin looks powder fresh all day, and is not oily. I caught a glimpse of my skin in my rear view mirror yesterday while driving home from work, and shocked myself, because I couldn't believe how good my skin looked. It was literally glowing, like I just put my makeup on. This cream may be pricey for some, but if you have tried everything else and want a product that delivers real results, you will not be sorry. And the craziest thing about it-it is just a moisturizer! And in my opinion, it works better than any serum I have tried. It is pure magic! I plan to buy this again and again, and know it will be worth every penny.

Received a deluxe sample of this with one of the holiday gift sets (the natural/green one). The cream smelled sooooo good, and seemed a great consistency, plus the ingredients looked good and effective. It seemed like a perfect cream, despite the jar packaging. Well, I tried it and just chucked it out. It made my skin itch, burn, and breakout. I know there's glycolic acid in it, but that's not the reason, since I already use GA and it doesn't affect me like this.

This moisturizer is more substantial than a lot of creams I have tried. It is not greasy at all and yet really leaves my skin feeling hydrated.

Light but rich cream works well in both summer and winter weather. Reasonably priced--in the mid range of face creams.

I had heard that Clark's had a cult following, so I purchased some Marine cream to see what all the fuss is about. I am very picky in my product: I will spend a lot of money, but I demand the best ingredients, and serious results. This stuff is awesome - the jasmine absolute seems to have some kind of antiseptic, anti-inflammatory qualities, and the algae base is really nourishing. You can feel the tingle of the AHAs at work. It's smooth, moisturizing, brightening, clearing, hard-working, good-smelling. I am now part of the cult.
