Yes to spf!
It’s a little dry for a lip balm but I like that I protecting my lips.

This is not a smooth balm that moisturizes. It’s a matte sunscreen that goes on a bit dry. I imagine it’s good for summer, warmer weather… the beach. Not a balm.

Love this SPF for my lips, I use it also on my cheeks since it's basically a colored spf stick. Color goes on well, however, not necessarily a bad thing, but color easily rubs off. Maybe because I'm used to a bit of staining of the colors, I would prefer it left a tint on lips so color could remain longer. Regardless it's the best Spf I have used on my lips and like the ingredients.

This lip balm is chalky, not hydrating, and not long lasting. Was looking for a good lip balm with SPF but this is not it.

I have tried so many sunscreen products for my lips to no avail. I thought I would have to live with dry, cracked, painful lips forever. Thanks to Coola Mineral Liplux Organic Tinted Lip Balm Sunscreen SPF30, I now have soft , smooth, healthy lips. I apply a lip conditioner first and then the Lip Balm Sunscreen and couldn't be happier! I'm a believer!

I guess I could have gotten a bad one, but if I did not I would not recommend. This is very chalking - almost like a block of zinc. It goes on like a large chalk stick for driveway art. There are better spf natural, mineral lip balms.

It's easy to apply and one coat is enough to enhance my lip color. However, it tastes and smells rather strong; I'm used to lip balms that don't taste like anything.
