Really strong vitamin c serum

2I wanted to try this since I have Melasma and Vit C always works well to improve it. Not impressed at all. I have tough skin so this product didn't cause any sensitivity or irritation to my skin. I have had better results with another brand. I will not repurchase. The pump never worked right. It was defective since I brought it.

1I purchased this to help with hyper-pigmentation after watching a review from Caroline Hirons. This product stung my skin, even an hour after applying it. Moreover, I saw no improvement in my skin tone or complexion. If anything, this dried my skin out. Back to a morning antioxidant for me.

5I purchased this after watching Caroline Hirons and Sally Hughes' reviews. My major skin concerns are enlarged pores and pigmentation. I did not see any immediate improvement and it has grit which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. After I used it up, I switched to Dr dennis gross retinol and vitamin C products and I feel my skin looks better next morning.

5This is one of the few products that I can say has made a noticeable difference in my skin. There was mild a mild burning the first couple times I used it, but that quickly went away. I also experienced peeling when I first started it. But now, my skin is noticeably brighter and my pigmentation has faded.

5I really like this vitamin c cream. I actually enjoy it more than my drunk elephant vitamin c oil/serum. It's definitely has crystals that you can feel if you rub it around on your skin, but it makes my skin luminous.

3It burns for the first few minutes but then it's ok and wake up feeling like 100 bucks. Need to redesign pump bc it's a devil to pump out.

5I too learned of this product from Caroline Hirons. The product is amazing and has truly made a difference in curtailing the spread of my melasma this summer. It is strong. It has a gritty feel when you are applying it and it takes a bit for the grit to dissolve into the skin. You will definitely feel your skin tingling. You only need a small amount of this. Once it is fully dissolved into the skin it is a bit sticky. I like to put a moisturizer on over it right before bed because it calms down the tingly feeling and actually makes my face a bit less sticky. I go out in the sun in the summer, always with a vitamin c serum and sunblock , and my melasma always resurfaces. This nighttime treatment did not eliminate my melasma but it made a substantial difference in the appearance of new dark spots and also in minimizing the spread of the melasma that always seem to come back. The melasma above my lip was far less pronounced and using this product was the only change I made to my skincare. The spot I get on my nose did not appear at all this summer. I developed no new dark spots on my cheeks or forehead. This product takes time to work. It is not an overnight miracle worker but you will see a noticeable difference within the first couple of weeks. The problem with this product is with the packaging. The pump is terrible. The product gets stuck, nothing comes out and it appears that the container is empty. Because the packaging is dark to protect the vitamin c, you can't see how much is left. Do not throw away the product. You have to really work with the pump in order to get the product out. I have to bang it against the palm of my hand many times and then use the pump on a hard surface in order to get product out.This serum is way too expensive for the packaging to be this faulty. If it had not been for Caroline Hirons' blog/Instagram where she talked about the pump, I would've thought I had used up this product in an obscenely short amount of time and would've thrown the bottle away. I will repurchase because it makes a huge difference with dark spots but the pump is terrible and should really be fixed, especially given the price point of this product. For those who are sensitive to scents, this product has no scent.

5I heard about this brand from Caroline Hirrons and I was specifically intrigued by this product. This is such a unique product and I can understand why it's not for everyone (especially those with sensitive skin) but I can tell you that it works. The active ingredient is L-Ascorbic Acid which is the pure form of vitamin C. Therefore it is very potent, sticky, and have to store in a fridge and can potentially burn you skin. but if you use it right, this product really delivers quick results. Just have to learn how to deal with vitamin C and introduce it slowly to your skin care routine and it should be fine.

1I like this line, but the burning on my face never stopped. I had to rinse it off after a few minutes. Never got used to it. I use vitamin C, liquid kind, on my face, but this was too much.
