Daily Superfoliant Exfoliator: After cleansing, dispense about a half-teaspoon into very wet hands and create a creamy paste by rubbing hands together. Apply to face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently for one minute, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use daily. For more sensitive skin, apply on alternate days until skin acclimates.

Love the set
I love this brand in general and this set is a great value. I like to get the travel sets to try the products before committing to a full-size one. I especially like the scrub although it's a bit hard to use in the shower.
