I have quite a few both dark and a somewhat light that sort of overlap and create a very spotty mottled look. I am very fair so these stand out and are embarrassing to me. WIthin using the first container I realized the darkness of the spots was fading and they spots were becoming more defined, like the edges were being shrunk. I bought a larger container and will keep testing. I don't find the moisturizing benefits to be its strong suit. It does soak right in though and that's what will hopefully impact the spots the most, which is what I'm after. So I put on a layer of Dermalect several times a day, add a 50 sunscreen (Obagi) and then cover with a thicker hand cream. I'll keep testing this, because I believe it's slowly killing the spots and hopefully reducing the production of new ones.

Super moisturizing! My hands get dry really easily especially in the winter and this hand cream brings them back to life, will be ordering again

I love this anti-aging lotion, it goes on smoothly and isn't greasy at all. It has a ton of great ingredients including peptides and antioxidants, and after just a few weeks my hands look younger. Great price too.

Promises to fade spots. Does not. Lotion very thin and pours out of tube like milk. No better than any other hand lotion including cheaper ones.

This cream absorbs really well and leaves no unpleasant stickiness or oilyness. It has a lot of good anti-aging properties in it, and I have noticed the quality of my skin on my hands improve. Nothing that makes me want to celebrate, but there is a slight difference. I'll keep using it for maybe better overall benefits.

I am so pleased with this purchase. Hydrating, but not sticky and quick drying, leaves a nice soft and smooth finish on the hands. I love the ingredients, especially the HA.

so I recently started using this hand cream..its non greasy formula is a huge plus..I also feel it leaves my hands soft. i have very sensitive skin and so far it hasn't irritated it which is a big plus

I've used this product for a week and can see a visible difference in my hands. My hands aren't as dry and the texture is smoother. It's good for people who wash their hands often because water reactivates it. I use it in the morning and again at bedtime. Best hand lotion I have used. I will definitely keep using it.

The first ingredient listed on this product is water...followed by a lot of thickeners. There is NOTHING in this to help prevent sun damage. I would not waste a single penny on this product.
