Amazing!!!
5This healing balm is amazing!!! It’s extremely versatile - from healing chapped lips, dry eczema spots, to using as a barrier at hairline to prevent hair dye staining. Its helped heal cuts fast and is soothing on irritated skin. This is a must have product!

1I bought this to help ease the itchiness and irritation from seborrheic dermatitis on parts of my face. I was apprehensive about putting anything with oil on my face, but this didn't make my irritation worse. Unfortunately it didn't make it any better. It just left me with an oily, shiny face. Therefore I've only used this once. Pros: Mild scent Cons: Oily Didn't help for seborrheic dermatitis

2I really wanted to love this product. I have Sjögren's syndrome, which has contributed to my lips being persistently chapped and dry, despite ample oral hydration and trying 15+ different lip products to address the dryness, but nothing has been effective. I did a lot of searching and found this product. Based on the ingredients I thought this would be perfect for me (I have a fragrance allergy and have to avoid menthol). Although the ointment is moisturizing, it has caused persistent whiteheads around my lips that have not abated in three weeks of using this product. This is the only product that's changed in my routine so I can't attribute the whiteheads to anything else. I've never experienced this with a lip product before and I don't apply massive amounts of the product so it's disappointing that using the product as directed would cause this issue. I really wish I could continue using it on my lips; I even waited an extra week and a half to see if the whiteheads would stop, but they just wouldn't. The markup for this product is also exorbitant; for castor oil, glycerin, and hydrogenated castor oil, this product couldn't have cost more than $10-$15 to manufacture, so it's a shame they had to mark it up so much and that it made me break out. It's a no for me.
