Cool Blonde Shampoo made by dpHUE offers protection to extend the life and vibrancy of your hair color. Purple pigments and silk proteins are added to this gentle formula in order to neutralize brassy tones and add softness and strength.

Shiny results, smells great
I use this shampoo in tandem with dpHue's light blonde glossing conditioner. It is deep violet, but doesn't stain. I love the scent, but it takes a bit of work to get it lathered up. Once lathered, it is rich and stays in place to leave on hair before final rinsing. A very nice product.

Great product to remove brassiness of highlights
Love using this in combination with my regular shampoo/conditioner. Usually I use this 1-2 times a week to keep my blonde highlights looking great.

Positive experience
I bought the whole Cool Blonde set, the shampoo, conditioner along with the clear dpHue gloss. I let the shampoo and conditioner each sit for 3-5 minutes before rinsing them out. The shampoo wasn't so dark blue that it stained my towels as I patted it dry with a towel till no longer dripping before applying the conditioner which is a pale lavender color. There was no staining in the shower. I certainly didn't become as light a blonde as some other bluing shampoos have left it, but the combination of the two lifted the brassiness and brightened my blonde highlights without stripping or drying my hair, and my hair was not left with a purple tint like some of these shampoos leave. I suppose letting it sit longer may have lightened it further. So overall, I liked it, this is a good brand. I'm not super excited about it, nor am I disappointed. I did like the gloss a lot.
