It's not an overnight miracle but I do think it's helped keep breakouts at bay and it has helped my skin feel smoother. I do think that if you have very sensitive skin, I'd recommend sticking with something lighter but for those who are used to chemical exfoliants, I think it's a good one. And it's very easy to take with you because it's prepackaged. I would suggest making sure to wash your hands after using it because I noticed it also made some skin slough off my fingertips if my hands were already dry.
