Keeps lips hydrated longer than others, mild exfoliation, and with regular use, naturally plumps better than anything out there. The area around my lips is very sensitive, and often get little pimples when a lip balm is too heavy. This has never caused that to happen. Ingredients are natural, some organic, and list is lean- everything in it does something.
