It does help
Okay, so this is not going to get your lips as plump as actual fillers (like in the advertising pics), but it does make a slight difference. I have been using it a few times a day as I'm working from home, and I stay hydrated. At night, I use this, let it dry, then follow with a lip mask. My lips are definitely happier and slightly plumper. Not bad for 40! I will keep buying on sale. I have bought level 4 and not sure if I see a difference between Level 4 and 5.
