Getting Started
- Download the FAQ Swiss app.
- Press and hold the universal button on your FAQ device for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Connect your FAQ device to the app via Bluetooth, to unlock and register your device for first time use.
- Follow the instructions on the app to select your preferences.
How to Use
- Clean and dry your face and neck carefully so there is no remaining residue of any kind. Then apply FAQ P1 primer or your favorite conductive primer to your skin, distributing it evenly across all areas you wish to treat.
- Press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to turn on your device.
- To turn radio frequency on/off, press the RF button on the device.
- The indicator lights underneath the universal button indicate the Power-RF intensity. You can adjust the intensity as desired by using the + and buttons.
- Each time you press the LED button, the LED-Pulse light will change to a different color. Pressing the LED button once more will turn the LED light off.
- Lightly press the base of your device to your face, so that all five gold plates are in contact with your skin.
- Slowly glide the device in tight circular motions and/or straight lines across each facial area for 1 minute per treatment area.
- Press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to turn off your device. Then gently massage any remaining primer into your skin or rinse off.

So far so good
Been using it for a little over two weeks now, this device is easy to use and really comfortable and not time consuming. Ive been targeting my neck and those fine lines around my mouth and eyes and i can see that my skin is tighter and firmer, those annoying lines appear much smoother and improved my skin's complexion. Im already happy with the results and will continue to be consistent with it.

Truly amazing!
I was a bit skeptical about it especially with its price but everything changed after i started using it. It's everything my skin needs in one device. I use at home whenever i want, and the device is super easy to use. You get so much tech and treatments in once device which is so convenient, time and money saving, and actually works. After using it for a while now i can confidently say that my skins complexion is ten times better, my face is firmer, my pores are smaller and i have sucha healthy glow to my skin. Really worth the investment love it so much!

I was expecting a lot, but this device has a lot to offer and I'm happy I bought it, because I wasn't aware how good the combination of all these features is good for my skin. My complexion is brighter and more dewy even, less than a month after starting the treatments. I can't wait to see next results
