- Invest in a quality blow dryer. A powerful dryer will save you time, energy and prevent damage, as you'll spend significantly less time blowing heat over the same sections.
- Utilize a nozzle. It will help direct the hot air at a small space, allowing you to concentrate on specific areas of your hair at a time. Start at the roots to add volume and work your way to the ends.

I loved the first one that I purchased my daughters so much that I replaced it with another Harry Josh Dryer. I hesitated because of the price, they are only 9 and 13. That said, my last Harry Josh dryer lasted over 5 years.

Bought in 2021, wanted a quality light weight blow dryer. I had been having trouble with the cool shot and now it just broke. The cool shot is stuck and i can’t use any of the heat. Now that i am out of warranty going to take it apart and see what has happened. Will not purchase again but will be on the hunt for a new one. Luckily i have a T3 dryer at home.

Love/hate 💔
I love my HJ blow dryer beyond words and have sworn by it for the last 4 years of my career. Unfortunately I have had an issue of it breaking over the years and while they are amazing at replacing within a year, this last time, I was just out of warranty and unfortunately not eligible for a replacement. Sucks that the average life of it seems to be about a year on average because then every year I worry about having to start my search for another.

Stopped working
Was a very nice dryer with exception of lasting power. I have had this for approximately 2.5yrs and it has now, unfortunately, stopped blowing warm/hot air. This dryer is much too expensive not to last...especially for hone usage. Will not purchase again!

Not well made
I thought it was just bad luck until I read all the other reviews - one drop and the plastic split open. I used electrical tape to keep it together for awhile but then started burning smell. Liked how light it was but a waste since it broke easily.

This dryer has a strong motor and blows a lot of air, which is excellent. However, it's made from brittle junk plastic. The first time I dropped it the plastic shattered and the vent cover won't go back on, thus it sucks in my hair and turns it into dreadlocks. Unusable.

DO NOT BUY
This product was good for the first few months. Then it completely deteriorated and proved to be of terrible quality over the long term especially for the price. All of the finish began to flake off after just a few months. Then the tiny plastic pins that hold the vent in place broke off. Warranty is only 1 year from dermstore and harry josh is 2 years but they deliberately delayed replying to me in order to exceed the 2 year mark and honor the warranty. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing this overpriced piece of junk.

Good but slightly disappointed
It's an amazing dryer, as long as you don't let it get too hot. If it's not put on cool every now and again it over heats and turns off. Which isn't great when taking clients. Oh and it's not even 2 years old yet and it started throwing sparks. I'll probably get again just because how comfy it is to use.
