Shipping Costs and Methods
- $7 fee on orders under $50 (after any discount, before tax)
- Delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S Territories may take up to 14 days.
- Delivered within 2-3 working days, no PO Boxes
- 1 business day, no PO Boxes
- During busy periods some Premium/Express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday. Our distribution partner is following all the recommended guidelines from state and local authorities regarding COVID-19.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Dermstore is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
DOT restricted
DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. These items cannot ship via Expedited Shipping or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).
Freight Forwarders
Dermstore doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, there may be delays to your order on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
