Larger size rollers are good for cheeks, forehead, and neck. Directions: Gently roll your JADE ROLLER BEAUTY tool over freshly cleansed skin 2-4 times daily for 5-10 minutes. Can be used on clean skin or over serum. Using over a serum will help that serum penetrate more deeply into the skin due to the increased blood flow. Forehead: Move from the center of the forehead beginning at the hairline, rolling towards the ear, down to the temple. Repeat 4-7 times. Focus attention on fine lines and eyebrow furrow. Eyes: Use the small roller to tone the lids and under-eye area. Move from the inner corner of the eye area to the ear. Nose, Lips, Chin: Use larger roller to work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with the upper lip, lower lip, and the chin. Roll along the lower jawline of the chin, making your way to the ear lobe. Repeat on the other side. Jawline and Neck: Start at chin and swipe upward toward cheekbones. Make sweeping motions up under the chin towards ears, then down the neck toward the collar bones. For sinus pressure: Use a warmed washcloth and place over your nose, forehead, and cheekbones. Roll the small roller from the center of your face down either side of the nose, finishing toward the cheek bones.

Cheap Waste of Money
This roller arrived in one piece, however the metal attachments were very cheap and the whole thing fell apart within two weeks, even though I only used it a couple times. Complete waste of money!

Feels nice
I like using my jade roller because it feels nice on my skin. It gets the serums deeper into the skin and I feel like it helps reduce puffiness. Especially under my eyes!

Impressive device!
This is a great device for rejuvenation. I purchased ten of these. One gift for grandmother, for mother, for sister, for dad, and for cousins. Love the color and it is so masculine. Minty and dark green color goes well with my bathroom interior. I love green color and I know this is perfect!

Roll carefully
A good and sturdy product, doesn't work any miracles and will leave bruises on your forehead that last for days if you roll too aggressively. Worth it more for the therapeutic aspect than anything else.

I've added this roller to my self care routine. The process alone is healing, whether it does more than provide a sense of calm & self awareness I'm not sure but that is something!

feels so refreshing in the morning
I'll admit I was taken back at the weird, cheap DIY packaging that this roller came in too. I quickly looked past that because this is the most gorgeous jade roller I've ever seen! I received a dark olive green roller and I can't stop admiring how pretty it is. I've been jade rolling off and on for years now and recently decided to start doing it regularly for detoxing/lymph drainage in the morning. I can tell this roller is good quality and sturdy. The shape of this one is really different, I LOVE how you can feel more pressure and contouring than the traditional flat shaped rollers. It honestly feels so good! I don't know why so many people are disappointed at not seeing immediate results with jade rolling. This isn't like the NuFace in that you'll have an instant face lift. It's something you do consistently and regularly to prevent signs of aging, firm your skin over time by keeping it active and awake - sort of like a face workout, and, like I said, detoxing by clearing lymph fluids. It's no different than eating well, do it consistently over time and you'll start to see results and feel amazing, but eating one organic salad won't change your body.

Overrated
The tool itself I feel is cheaply made. No quality, the jade is cheap. It just feels cheap!!!! It does feel nice like a facial massage when you roll took over face. I can tell if does help blood flow to skin. But not worth $40 at all.
