Too dry
I love matte lipsticks, but this one lacks the ability to remain smooth on my lips. After about an hour, it starts to become too thick and a bit sticky. I’ve tried shiny lip gloss on top , but even that doesn’t last very long. I was disappointed because i enjoy red lipsticks!!

Disappointing
The color is close to a natural lip color, which is nice for everyday, I found it hard to apply evenly, and needed to put a lip gloss over it or my lips looked wrinkly. I am usually a fan of Jane Iredale makeup, so found this so disappointing.

This MUST be put on last!
Fascination is a great daytime color…which would be nice to wear alone. However, this goes on so sticky that it’s tempting to apply a gloss over it. That, of course, means that it is no longer matte. If you can stand the goop factor, though, most of the sticky subsides after about 20 minutes. It doesn’t go away entirely, so heaven help you if you put on loose powder after applying this! Let it be your last step.
