jane iredale Longest Lash Thickening and Lengthening Mascara amplifies the look of lashes with added length and volume. The rich formula is infused with seaweed lipids to condition and protect against breakage. Features an over-sized brush to help separate and define lashes without the clumps.
Black Ice is a rich black shade.
Apply a layer of our PureLash Extender and Conditioner first. You'll be amazed how it thickens your lashes. It also means that you'll use less mascara. Allow to dry until tacky and then apply your favorite formula of mascara. Be sure to rock the mascara wand at the base of your lashes first. This is where you want the most product, then brush out to the tips. If you are going to layer mascara, don't wait for each application to dry. This is what makes lashes stick together. Don't pump brushes. This will force air into the tube and help to dry out the product. Simply twist the brush in the tube to pick up more product. Brown or grey can look softer around the eyes than black. Too much mascara can be aging.

Plump lashes with a stylish container
I love that this mascara looks like it could be lip gloss. The brush it self is great quality and the mascara itself is lovely. A little goes a very long way. I chose this brand because it has a very low rating (low is great!) on the EWG (Environmental Working Group ) list.

This mascara has little fibers in it that are irritating to the eyes. Then when the mascara dries the little fibers fall from your eyelashes and get everywhere. If this mascara didn’t have the fibers, I would like it.

Tried this for first time with impressive results. Will use on days I want thicker appearing lashes, will use Pure Lash on other days.

The wand is very soft and large. It hasn’t gotten goopy yet which happens a lot with mascara after two weeks of use. I don’t know that the thickening and lengthening is dramatic but it hasn’t gotten flaky which I like.

Usually Love Jane Iredale products, but this mascara does not dry well, and then smudges dramatically.

I give this mascara a 4-star rating, mostly because it applies really well, and lashes look amazing, but then after an hour or so, lashes lose their height/curl and appear less full. I might just try applying two coats next time. pros: nice brush, texture of mascara, color cons: lashes seem to lose their "full" look after a few hours

This mascara will end up on smeared under your eyes after only a few hours of indoor use. Bummer, still on the hunt for a good natural based mascara.

This mascara is long lasting. It doesn't run, and it doesn't irritate my eyes (a lot of mascaras do). My lashes look so long when I use this!

I always like to read how brands give info on how to use a product. They made it, so I take their advice on how to use it! While following the directions, this is my favorite mascara. Love the pure ingredients the most.
