It works great to remove makeup and sunscreen, but unfortunately I found it a little drying for me. My skin felt tight and dry after washing  and started to peel in places like around my chin and nose. Besides that, I didn’t feel or see any redness or irritation. 

Good oil cleanser, no fragrance or weird ingredients. Not sure how it would remove makeup though I dont wear it. Takes off most SPF though

I use this because the ingredients are good for people with oily skin. Using it is like trying to walk through honey! I much prefer Bare Minerals oil cleanser and much easier to use.

This oil cleanser feels like I'm at the spa. It goes on thick and luxurious, and immediately soothes my sometimes irritated skin. The directions are clear: massage onto dry skin, then wet hands and transform into a milky lather. Rinse. Removes makeup like a dream. I love it! This is the first step of my PM routine, followed by a gentle cleanser.

This is on the thicker side, can feel a slight drag when massaging in skin but boy does it take off ANYTHING! It emulsifies well and rinses clean as a whistle. Has a slight scent of grapefruit.

Takes some time getting used to specially since I use it to just remove sunscreen and not makeup. It is light and pleasant and does not leave me feeling oily. Emulsifies fine with water. Sometimes I use this as my only cleansing option (no double cleanse). Price is right as far as comparison goes with other brands.

Yes, it is thick. Yes, it takes 1-2 minutes to work it around. When done correctly, it takes off everything and doesn't strip skin. You MUST put it on dry face with dry hands and gently massage it in. I use this as my first PM cleanser and follow with Cleansing Milk. I have no problems getting off mascara and tinted sunscreen. Also, I found this product lasts a long time; four months for me.

I've been using this cleanser for years. My face always feels clean, but not stripped of moisture. Great at removing my make up too.

I thought this would apply similar to a cleansing balm where it melts like an oil to easily remove make-up, but it's really thick and needs water to help spread it around but then it feels more like a cleanser than a balm. It is effective at removing my face make-up but I need additional products to remove mascara.
