Good enough
4Compared to the price of some retinol it is a good buy and can be used on the body too. However, it doesn't work as well as my differin gel for some reason.
Report this reviewSwitched from Retinol
5I recently switched from a traditional retinol (Paula’s Choice) because I noticed a difference in my skin with a retinol and I heard the adapalene was even better! I continue to see a lot of improvement in my skin firmness and the ability for it to heal more quickly from incidental breakouts. This did not irritate me when I switched over and am very happy with it!

5I've used this for the past year and nothing I've used has ever helped my skin stay so clear. I basically haven't had a breakout since using it. I have dry skin with occasional oiliness and this work so well on it.
Report this reviewDoesn't dry my skin out
5This cream has helped me stay break out free for the past month. My skin isn't dried out, and I don't have any sensitivity issues with this product. Nice addition to my routine.

4Very affordable but will dry your face out if you use too much! Overall great product!
Report this reviewGame changer!!
5I’m 6 weeks into using this and don’t want to review prematurely, but absolutely already see and love the results and I didn’t expect a change so quickly. My face is very oily and acne prone. I use liquid extra strength salicylic acid AM only & 5% benzoyl peroxide serum AM & PM. I’ve been using that routine of treatments for acne/oily skin for about 10 years and it kept my skin looking good, but not great. My oily skin started looking dull over the last few years and then I developed a bout of hormonal acne for a few months before starting this adapalene. I first started using this product every other night and for the first 2 weeks my face peeled a min/mod amount, it never felt irritated and easily washed off AM/PM and my face never felt dry/peeling throughout the day if I stuck with my AM routine. After about 2 weeks I was able to start using this 6 nights a week and one night off a week with an AHA mask that night and I’ve been doing that routine for about 4 weeks. My skin has never looked better. My hormonal acne dried up within the first two weeks and after everything healed my skin now looks so smooth and glowing. I still am peeling a tiny bit some mornings and my skin is still looking better each day. Areas that have been dull for years look so much more smooth and glowy and my acne has been very stable. I highly recommend adding this product into your routine or starting a routine based around this product. I wish I had started it years ago.

4I still have acne, but I have noticed improvement / better control over breakouts using adapalene products. I find this to be just as effective as Differin, which seems to be considered the standard—but sometimes I can find this cheaper, so that's a plus.

5I'm in my 40s and just recently started having really bad breakouts on my chin/jaw. Spot treatments weren't working so I thought I'd try this. As the product says, it's not a spot treatment and may take up to 3 weeks to start working. I've been using it a couple weeks and my stubborn patch on my chin is finally starting to calm down and I'm hopeful new pimples won't keep sprouting.
Report this reviewDoesn’t do much
2I tried for several months hoping this would work, but it does nothing for me. Just makes my skin dry and flaky. Doesn’t clear up blemishes or prevent new ones. Maybe it works for others but not me. A good retinol like Skinceuticals is much more effective.
