Nice and foams well, but I haven’t seen any brightening 

Was very surprised how harsh this cleanser is, considering it’s from LRP and is marketed for sensitive skin. It’s VERY soapy, foamy and heavily fragranced. After using it for a few days my normal but slightly sensitive skin started peeling and it took weeks of rehab to calm it back down. I know the cleanser was the culprit, as it was the only change to my routine. LHA is a type of salicylic acid, so I would avoid using it unless you have strong skin that tends to be oily. I would also avoid using it on days when you apply a retinol/retinoid. It’s very drying and requires a good moisturizer afterward.

I have acne prone skin with lots of scarring, this is the very first cleanser I repurchase because it made such a difference for my skin, plus the price is pretty reasonable. 

This has not shown any real brightening effects as far as I can see. However the way this lathers without stripping skin is a plus. You need very little, I use once a day for the “treatment “ because how much can you treat with a wash off product unless it’s a facial peel/ mask. I will repurchase because I feel good about the current state of my skin while using this product. Laroche Posay is an A+ company with effective products at wallet friendly prices.

This is my husband's favorite cleanser. Great smell, cleans very well, but not for dry skin as it might dry out even more. Bought this for myself a few years ago and figured this would actually work better for him. I restock on this product often !

Smooths skin & feels amazing. Brightens pretty well. I really noticed it helping the texture of my skin. More than anything great product all around.

This cleanser really has evened my skin tone within a few weeks of using it. I feel hydrated and my skin looks great. Really can't get any better at this price point.

I really like this face wash!! I am 32 with combo/oily skin and melasma. I feel that it truly helps brighten my complexion without leaving my skin dry. It should not be used as a makeup remover-it burns if it gets near your eyes!

You need just a very small amount of this product as if foams really well. It cleans very well but doesn't leave your skin feeling dried out, at least my skin. Clean, minimal packaging. I have been using this twice a day for almost two weeks, I feel like my skin is brighter will keep using for the next couple of months and see

Together w/ Ren AHA toner, this cleanser does great job for controlling acne problem for my daughter and me. Especially I like to use at night. If I use in the morning, I put extra sunscreen on my face. This cleanser may be harsh on extra sensitive or dry skin.
