I was worried the granules would hurt my face but it worked well on my skin: 31 ye, combo, not sensitive, acne prone. Just follow the instructions and don't apply to much pressure.

This is the first step in the Lancer Method, and although it really helps to exfoliate the skin, I find it a little rough. The directions do not specify if this is to be used everyday, but I find it too harsh for that.Also, it's messy when rinsing...can't use a wash cloth because it hurts too much ..so I have to splash it off..my sink and sleeves get soaked. I am not sure I will buy again.

Super fine physical exfoliant. After every use my skin is noticeably smoother as well as a little brighter. It can get very abrasive if your face isn't damp enough or if your fingers don't have enough water on them when you're exfoliating. It's a very good exfoliant though that works. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't make my face red nor do I feel any burning whatsoever. Definitely recommend this exfoliant if you're on the market for one.

I have been using this product for years and every time I try something else I end up coming back to the lancer method. It's gentle enough to use nightly, although I probably use it more like every other evening. I have had issues with blackheads, milia, cystic acne, and skin tone unevenness since being pregnant with our first and this exfoliant has helped with all of those issues, ESPECIALLY the milia. HIGHLY recommend. Only critique is we are trying not to use plastic products and I wish the packaging was glass/better for the planet.

Honestly, I had no idea how much I needed this polish in my life! I love how my skin feels after I have used this polish followed by a gentle cleanser. My skin feels so much smoother and looks visibly brighter. Also, this doesn't dry my skin or leave it red like other exfoliators have done. Would definitely recommend adding this product into your morning skincare routine!

I was surprised at how gentle this scrub is on my skin and use it daily. Didn't cause any redness, irritation or breakouts! I don't use the other Lancer method steps, but I still see an improvement in my skin. I used to use a exfoliating lotion but have switched to this due to the superior results.
