I love this polish! After the first use your face looked refresh and bright. It has just enough grit in the formula where you can gently massage into your skin. I use it once to twice a week to remove dead skin cells.

I feel like this is one of those scrubs that could damage your skin, especially if you use retinoids like I do. It says the polish has crystals, and they were painful even when I used gentle pressure. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for this - I got it as part of the best of dermstore kit. I prefer using physical exfoliators with round or natural particles, like the Tatcha cleansers.

As I've gotten older and my skin more sensitive, I've had to lay off of the exfoliation products. I purchased a gift that included this product. I was skeptical at first but much to my surprise it was gentle but effective. I will be purchasing this again.

I was a little bit afraid of buying and using a polish since I've heard that gritty exfoliants create micro-tears. But since Dr. Lancer is a dermatologist, I thought I would try. I am so glad I did! This polish is excellent! My skin is so soft and smooth with zero irritation. Wrinkles have softened, fine lines have disappeared, The Method works!

I was a little hesitant to try the Lancer Polish, so I bought the one for sensitive skin. I've worked my way up to using it daily and now love it. It took some getting used to but my skin seems to love it..better texture, no more flakes skin from Retin-A, etc.

I've used the "Normal" version of this in the past and absolutely loved it but wanted to try the version for Dry/Sensitive Skin. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER. My old favorite exfoliator is now even better. And the tube is HUGE so it will last you a while. Your face (and décolletage) will look and feel smoother- instant results.

I have terribly sensitive and dry skin. I'm in my late 30's and truly The Method has helped me so much. I used to use the normal skin version but found it was just too harsh...but the sensitive/dehydrated polish is perfect!
