I recieved a sample with my last Dermstore order and I was amazed at how well this shampoo works with my grey, frizzy hair. I have an oily scalp and after washing I was able to go 2 days before needing to shampoo again. I also tried it when I was in TX with humidity and it kept my hair smooth with volume. Ordering a bottle today!

I received this as a free sample. I have long fine but dense, very wavy, borderline curly hair. I generally use Kerastase or Oribe everyday shampoos but gave this a try since it was a free sample. I did not like the product while I was showering in that it had a very bad smell. I am not usually one to care much about chemical-smelling products, but this smell reminded me of chemical from a hospital or nursing home, also the shampoo was extremely thick and sticky, almost like syrup or honey. I had a hard time spreading it through my hair so used twice as much shampoo as I normally would. For those reasons I was not happy with the shampoo and which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, my hair responded to it very well. My biggest complaint about my hair is that it can get fairly frizzy when I only partially blow-dry it, which is what I typically do given time constraints. This shampoo gives my hair a slightly thicker texture but it took away my normal frizz, which is really great. I am not sure if I will buy it, however, given the consistency and smell.

I love the smell of this, but I also love how it is on my curly, fine hair. Even though I usually wear my hair blown out straight, I find that shampoos for curly hair work best. It cleans my hair without over drying and keeps the frizz down even in humidity. Love. I alternate this with another volumizing shampoo from LG.
