Holy crap!!
I have only used this for 4 out of the 5 days that I have had it, but I'm already seeing amazing changes in my skin! I will admit that I'm not using the serum that came with it. I'm using my own homemade serum. This is working for me in a couple of ways... 1... the red light is helping me sleep like a baby!!!! I love it! So less bags under the eyes which means some of the baggy slightly crepey skin under the eyes is tightening up. 2... the texture of my skin is tighter!! 3... it really is producing more collagen which I realized this morning and had to jump in and review right away. How do I know? Well, my lips are fuller! Not crazy glam plump, but I'm starting to get my old lips back. I lost a lot of collagen in my skin the last few years due to a medical issue. And I'm starting to get it back! I've used this on my smile lines and it must have been close enough to my lips to make a difference. I'm so happy to have my face back after my medical issues that I could cry!! Thank you so much for this!

Didn't notice any difference in fine line yet. It shrinks my pore by a little bit but makes my skin a little dry. I m fine with it as long as it helps my large pores.

My trusty LightStim
I've had my LightStim for over 5 years. I can't believe how long it has lasted. I credit it with keeping my face wrinkle-free and plump. It is time-consuming to treat your whole face though. However, stick it with an be consistent and it will pay off. The benefit of a wand over a full face mask is that I can use it on my hands, neck and other areas of my body that needs some attention.

Maybe not for sensitive skin
I used this for a week and noticed small bumps around my eyes and chin. I have extremely sensitive skin, so wasn't terribly surprised but it was disappointing. I would think one improvement for this would be for it not be corded - using it for the 30 minutes was trying while having to be totally still and connected to an outlet.

First impression
So far ive used this device every day for two weeks. The serum and sample mask are very moisturizing. The device warms up while your using it and is very relaxing. My face seems more plump and glowy.. I cant wait to see the results with further use. Ill update my review after 3 months .

Worst customer service ever!!
After not receiving this product 10 days after purchase and it being at the facility in the city where I live for the last five, I called Dermstore to see what was going on. I was told that I could contact USPS but they would do nothing else before the rep hung up on me. I like Dermstore's product selection and content but this is horrible customer service and is incredibly disappointing given how much I purchase from them and the cost of this particular product.

I've been using this product for about two weeks and I'm pretty happy with it. I haven't noticed a big difference in my fine lines, but I've noticed my skin is looking more even. The product states it takes a solid 8 weeks to see results, so I'll be back to update then. So far, so good!

Expensive w/ No Visible Results
Purchased this device around May 2017. I'm writing this review in October 2017. I've used this device daily to target small/fine laugh lines that are forming. I used the device as specifically instructed by a Light Stim rep who mentioned to use this after having applied light serums and anti-aging creams; afterwards following with the heavier moisturizers. Well, while the light device is easy to use and feels comforting and warm as the lights heat up, it produced NO results whatsoever. The strength of the lights on these devices are not strong enough to provide any results, which is rightfully so as the devices in professional centers would be too dangerous for the average consumer to comprehend how to use. I intentionally used this device to help my products work better and stronger, it's similar to micro needling except this device is non-invasive. Unfortunately, I'll repeat, this device provided no results. I'd recommend purchasing the device directly through the LightStim website as they provide a 90 day return policy. I gave it a 2 star for the fact that it's LED lights that should last a lifetime, the fact that it's noninvasive and the fact that its comforting to use when lights heat up. Thats about it. I've been using LightStim for 3 weeks now.
I understand it takes 8 weeks for results to start appearing. I have been using my LightStim for 3 weeks now. I have found my skin to be softer already. When I have used this device for the full 8 weeks I will write another review. It's very easy to use & I have a routine with it now. I use it in the evening with my timer to time 3 minute intervals on each spot of my face & neck. I use it for my hands also.
