Featuring retinaldehyde (retinal), a next-generation form of vitamin A which is not to be mistaken for the classic form of vitamin A, retinol. In numerous studies, retinal has been demonstrated to be more effective and 11x faster-working than retinol, without any additional irritation.[1,2,3] The hydrating overnight serum-cream visibly addresses signs of aging; improving the appearance of wrinkles, texture and tone. Medik8 recommend a simple, effective skincare strategy of using vitamin C and sunscreen in the morning and vitamin A at night.
This strategy is called: CSA.

After cleansing in the evening, apply Crystal Retinal 6 over face and neck. After this has absorbed follow with a moisturizer. Crystal Retinal 6 application should be phased in gradually over time. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other evening for the next 2 weeks, then every night.
