Sooo Soothing/plumping/hydrating
5I got a sample of this as part of one of the "Dermstore Favorites" packages. I usually just use miscellar water to wash my face but this morning i decided to gove it a try and my skin instantly felt soothed (i hadnt realized it was stinging m) until it no longer was. I ended up applying this to my lips and under my eyes as well (being careful) and it actually plumped my lips, as well. I know i have to wash it off but I dont want to!

5I have very sensitive acne prone skin and this cleanser has improved my skin so much. Follow directions and apply to dry skin, add water to face, and then use damp warm cloth to fully remove. It's like a spa experience every time I wash my face.... It smells so good, but natural like honey. It reduces and heals any acne that pops up very quickly. It will make your skin feel super soft, and has healed some dry patches that nothing was fixing. It's worth the price to me! Will continue purchasing!!
Report this reviewgreat cleansing balm and different!
5I have never tried a cleansing balm like this. It was thick to apply however did a great job! I have normal to dry skin and removed my make up well! No residue!

5I can't believe how much I love this cleansing balm. Got a generous sample in a Dermstore Holiday kit. I am generally against expensive cleansers - it's only on my face for a short while and then washed down the drain. Moisturizers and serums I will spend money on but couldn't justify pricey cleansers but this product changed my mind. My go-to has been the Banila Clean it Zero. I love the consistency and smell of this balm. It is thicker than the Banila. I like how it melts makeup but still leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It is heavier than the Banila but I use it as a first step in the double cleanse so I don't worry about build-up. It makes washing my face a delightful experience.
Report this reviewterrible cleansing balm
1I got this as part of the Best of Dermstore Edit package and was looking forward to testing it. Unfortunately it is just so thick and sticky and didn't even properly emulsify to remove makeup. I was left with my mascara basically fully still on. Additionally, it triggered eczema on my face so those with sensitive skin, beware.
Report this reviewLove using this in my double cleansing routine!
5I use this product as the first step in my double cleansing routine and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. It's very gentle, doesn't contain any nasty chemicals and the scent is lovely!
Report this reviewGreat for the Drying Winter Months
5Had a facial at the Naturopathica Spa in NYC where they used this cleanser. I switched to using this Manuka Honey Balm for a couple of reasons. First, it's very moisturizing for the winter months. I typically use Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser and although that's my all time favorite cleanser because it exfoliates as well, it can be a bit drying for my skin which is going from combination to more on the dry side. Secondly, I'm a big believer in the power of manuka honey. I keep a jar on hand for skin issues and to add to tea when not feeling well. I learned a lot about manuka honey on a trip to New Zealand several years ago and have been using it ever since. Although, this balm goes on a little sticky or greasy, it washes off easily and leaves your skin feeling quite hydrated. I could actually skip the moisturizing step if in a hurry.
Report this reviewlove the idea, but definitely contributed to breakouts
3i got this in the dermstore holiday edit, and i really like the smell, the way it goes on, the way my skin feels after using it, etc., but it is, alas, not for my oily skin. wish it worked for me.

Report this reviewToo sticky, but does work
2I was not a fan of this cleansing balm compared to Colleen Rothschild. It was too sticky and thick. It does remove all makeup, though. I also did not like the honey smell- it does not make me feel clean. However, that's just a personal preference.
