It works give it time
I noticed this showing results about 6 weeks after I first started using it following all directions.

Eh, I love clinical brands but this just didn't help with my dark circles. Yes, I know genetic dark circles can be hidden and only lightening a little. Yet, I've seen no change. It's nice and moisturizing, but it just didn't do anything for me. It doesn't even have enough "shimmer" or pigment to help hide them. After almost 2 months I've decided to move on.

I received a small 2g/0.07oz sample of this with a purchase. It is very nice lightweight eye cream that smooths on well and is very moisturizing. I only had enough for two days application, but really liked how it felt and noticed hydration of my fine lines. It wasn't enough to notice lightening of the undereye skin, but I would definitely purchase a full size of this in the future to give it a try. It is very nice eye cream and the ingredients are low toxicity.

I also have Neostrata's Intensive Eye Therapy and PHA eye cream, and I like the Brightening eye cream the most. It is not as silicone-y as the Intensive Eye Therapy. It is lightweight, hydrating, works great under makeup.
