Glowy skin
5I love this supplement! I've tried Ceramides and other Omega supplements but there's something about this product in particular that softens my skin and makes me glow.

5I did notice a difference just from a sample of these! Only took for 5 days, but my skin seemed plumper and less dry. The price is a bit offputting though....

5I didn't think Arctic Repair was doing anything for me until I ran out and stopped using it. My skin looked more tired, duller and I noticed more fine lines. Happy to say I started using it again and have noticed my skin is brighter and less tired looking I will definitely keep these as part of my skincare skin health regime.

3I had high hopes for this nutrients given most websites said their is low stock due to the quality of the ingredients. I am not sure if I saw a difference, because generally I eat well and have a good skin routine. I do not think this product is for me.

1I ordered it but got an email saying that they were back order and they cancelled it. Although I got some other pills from HUM and they have not done anything and I have been taking them for almost a month.

5This supplement boasts Lingonberry seed oil, which isn't really available anywhere else in either supplement or cosmetic form. Definitely noticed softer, more hydrated skin. Be sure to try their "Turn Back Time" supplement, which helps internally to protect against UV rays!

5I can tell it is keeping crow's feet at bay. It's given my skin a natural glow and helped clear up some adult acne and blemishes. I wouldn't say it's diminished wrinkles (especially my forehead), but I can tell I look better and more refreshed overall. I get compliments on my skin and the Hum supplements are the difference. Even if it's not smoothing existing wrinkles, it helps my overall appearance.

5I need an omega that is high in Omega-6, and this is my favorite. I was taking evening primrose oil, and can recommend that as a more affordable alternative, but without hesitation recommend HUM Arctic Repair as the top O-6. I have wrinkle-free skin so am not taking this product for the skincare benefits, but use an O-6 to reduce the irritation of the 'monthlies'. This does a fab job. I take 3-4 pills per day.

5I am in my mid-70's, and I am amazed by the improvements in my skin and appearance since I started taking several of the HUM nutrition products, including this one. They are of the highest quality and live up to their promises. My normally extremely dry skin now appears more hydrated and its elasticity has substantially improved. This product is well worth the money, and I look forward to seeing continuing improvements in my skin and overall better health.
