I Like Glow better
5I tried, but taking 3 capsules a day is really a lot. So I tried the Glow Sweet glow gummies - I know I'm not getting the collagen there, but they seem to have some effect and SOOOO much easier to take. Only took one bottle of these so hard to say whether they were effective!

4I took the Arctic hum supplements but prefer these because they are cheaper and do the same job. I would recommend to a friend. The only thing is I think they make me a little nauseous but it may be another supplement I'm taking.

5The older I get the more I seek out products that will maintain and maybe enhance my appearance. This is my solution for the inside out. I think it compliments the other things I do; exercise, nutrition, sleep and it is worth the cost

5Had no ill effects and there is no weird taste or anything but I didn't see much of a difference. Not sure these are an effective product but my usage was not perfect. The HUM fish oil gave me better results!

5Further studies need to be done to see if oral collagen is beneficial. However, it has been shown to have minimal side effects and preliminary studies are promising. The resveratrol included has also been shown to be well tolerated and could possess antioxidant properties

4I didn't know what I thought of skin and hair supplements. I take others, but decided to add this to the mix. I must say, I did notice, after about 2.5 weeks a difference in the firmness and elasticity of my skin. It was subtle, but I noticed it. I am 49 but have taken excellent care of my skin through the years, so I don't have many fine lines AND I use Retin-A nightly for hormonal cystic acne, but this made me see a new "glow" to my skin. I don't have an even complexion, however, after taking this, I noticed a bit more creaminess to my complexion. How did I choose this one over the others? I've gotta say, I took a shot. And luckily it paid off.

5My skin has never felt better! I love the appearance it has had. I don't know what will happen if I stop taking them but I doubt I will.
