Makes a difference!
I’ve been using this for about a month and have noticed a huge improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. Most importantly, I’ve had very noticeable plumping in my cheek areas where I’ve lost some collagen and elastin. I will definitely keep using this!

I lovvvvvvvve hum nutrition but out of all i cannot tell if this works cause i feel it tastes awful, have it in rose lemon. trying to choke it down but it aint easy
