I was using a different gummy supplement for a while that really helped my nails grow fast and strong. Sadly they went on indefinite hiatus, so I gave HUM a try. I think it's okay for the price. My nails didn't grow as strong as on the previous supplement, but it did increase the speed of growth.

I noticed a difference in my nails after the first bottle. It helped to flatten the ridges and rough nail surface and the vertical splitting quit. With the second bottle, they became thicker and stronger. I just started my third bottle and my nails are stronger than ever.

I loveeeee long nails but, I wash my hands too often that causes them to become brittle and break. I started using this supplement in hopes to let my nails grow longer and stronger. I am so sad that instead my hair has been growing longer and fuller (which can be nice but my hair is already thick and unmanageable).

I could have spent about half the price and gotten the same results - stronger nails. That said, it does work and I'm hoping to see hair growth over the next month.

I don't know why I bothered trying this... I know that 99% of beauty supplements don't do what they claim to do. Unfortunately I bought it in a weak moment, and discovered it is among that 99%! I noticed absolutely no difference in my nails while taking this.

This product seemed to help my nails after I took it for several months. My hair also benefitted.

I took these supplements for 30 days and did notice a difference, however not enough for me to continue. I still had some nail chipping and breakage unfortunately...not as much as usual though.
