I have tried most all of HUM’s products that are vegan/vegetarian & my experiences seem to fall into one of 2 categories - LOVE THEM/THEY HELP or ZERO EFFECT and these are a gem - they check so many boxes in terms of certain skin supplements I’m looking to incorporate and as a lifelong (now 45) insomniac I can say that they definitely help ease me into the relative state that’s essential for rest without any use of Melatonin which I love. I’ve been purchasing regularly for about 3 now & unlike most of the other items from them I use,  I noticed that they were making a difference with my first bottle- they may seem pricey in comparison to other things in product line but you’re really getting great ROI if I were to purchase each supplement individually it would be 10x the price!

I have dealt with awful sleep issues for pretty much my entire life & have tried probably 50+OTC & prescription remedies of which the majority didn’t make much of a difference…. I have been using HUM supplements for years now & my experiences have been hit or miss- for example, the Beauty zzZz were a complete waste of time & money in my opinion yet I  cannot rave enough about Mighty Night  (swear by Wingman too). I love that these are effective without using Melatonin in the formula & instead utilize  Valerian Root - It didn’t happen immediately, I took them nightly for 1-2 months before feeling certain that they were helping >>> Plus, I LOVE ALL THE GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN ANTI-AGING INGREDIENTS too! This formula is exceptional with Ceramides, antioxidants, Feurlic Acid, CoQ10, etc… I’m 45 now & feel grateful to have found these & highly recommend! 

I feel more rested and wake up with more enrgy .

I’m not sure I notice a difference n my skin after using 2 bottles. It definitely helps me fall asleep, but I am still up several times a night. Overall mixed feels about this one. 

Definitely see improvement in softening of my mouth lines You have to keep taking few months see results like everything it is consistency that gets results

But these work well when I take them with beauty zzzz. Some days when I have taken a nap on the afternoon I dont feel like sleeping at all. So I take a couple of these, beauty zzzz and a hot tea and I'm ready to go to bed in less than half an hour

I need all the help I can get to sleep good at night. I dont take hum for the skin benefits but for the health benefits. Since taking this and I've taken it for a month now instead of waking up every hour to hour and half I only wake up twice a night. That's a huge improvement for me.
