5I have been taking these Vitamins and love the natural face glow and healthy nails. I will be ordering more of these when I run out. I am thankful for trying these before in the beautyfix box. I love all of the Hum vitamins.

5This is one of those products that you purchase based off what you see on IG. This is definitely worth looking into. I love the packaging, making it easy to grab and go. Have I seen any difference? I think it's too soon to tell but I am sure it can't hurt.

5Love these little individual packs - Each includes 2 HUM Nutrition "Red Carpet" Gelcaps and 1 "Killer nails" supplement. My nails are very thin, and have a tendency to peel. Have been taking these for one month and after about 3 weeks I started to notice my nails are less bendy, and growing more quickly since beginning this routine (I also take HUM's Collagen Love, Base Control, & OMG Omega The Great- ALL are great - No aftertaste and do not upset my stomach)

5I've been taking these for about a year. It took about six months for me to really notice a difference in my hair and nails but these vitamins truly work. I've been doing a lot of work with my hands over the past month and my nails have really held up, plus my hair grows at least an inch a month. I highly recommend these vitamins.
