Good probiotic
5My son takes for his skin. Too early to see if it's working but I like that refrigeration isn't required.

5This has made such a difference in my skin and overall health. My skin doesn't break out as easily as it used to, and my digestion has improved as well. I don't feel as bloated as I used to sometimes, and I don't feel as sluggish and weighed down. I take this as well as a zinc and a vitamin A supplement and my skin has improved drastically. I used to have a subscription for this on the Hum website, but it's a few dollars cheaper on here, plus I get Dermstore rewards points!!!

3I always take a probiotic and I didn't notice anything that set this apart from others. I don't think it helped with my skin, but I do think it's great for your body to take a probiotic. So maybe in the long run it helps your skin?

5I'm now on my second bottle. These are great. They do exactly what they say. I'll definitely continue to use these. I take two a day. Smell is a bit funky. I also use HUM's OMG and Daily Cleanse.

5I stopped taking them for a month and it was the worst thing that I couldve done. Bloatiness and acne like I was on my period. While I was taking these my skin was so clear and my digestion was better

5I was so skeptical about these because I would see them advertised all over social media and I tend to not always trust things social media influencers promote but these are honestly an amazing trust worthy product. My gastroenterologist told me the best thing to take for gut health is a pre and probiotic combination and these from HUM checked all the boxes. I have a sensitive stomach along with sensitive acne prone skin and these have honestly helped with both. Because I had such good results with them I purchased another bottle for my sisters stocking stuffer who also has stomach and skin issues. Give these a try and I promise you will not be disappointed!
