If I stay consistent..
I think on the days I consistently take them, I notice that my stomach feels a bit sick, but my skin appears a bit calmer. I want to try this every day for a month and see what happens and update then!

I haven't finished the bottle, so it's hard to say if the product works. Even though I've tried to power through the bottle, the pills give me awful acid reflux. Even after taking my acid reflux meds and taking these pills with food, the pain is awful. I need to follow these with a lot of tums. It may be to the turmeric in the pills, not sure. Either way, I won't be buying again.

I've been taking these in addition to the Arctic repair. My skin is definitely brighter, clearer, with more even skin tone. I would recommend any one give these a try.
